Im Office Innovation Center, einer Einrichtung von fünf Fraunhofer-Instituten, stellt man sich die Frage, welche Organisationsformen, welche Technik und welche Räume nötig sind, um immer mobilere Arbeitnehmer und flexiblere Teamstrukturen optimal zu unterstützen. Die Mitarbeiter entwickeln neue Lösungen, erproben sie gleich im Selbstversuch und demonstrieren sie Besuchern. Im Moment experimentiert das Team unter anderem mit dem Konzept des non-territorialen Büros. Ein weiteres Projekt ist ein System, das durch intelligente Filterung die Überflutung mit Informationen verhindern soll.

The office of the future can be inspected today
At the Office Innovation Centre, made up of five Fraunhofer Institutes, the question is posed as to which forms of organisation, what technology and which rooms are necessary to support increasingly more mobile employees and more flexible team structures in an optimum manner. Staff here think up new answers and test them right away on themselves and demonstrate them to visitors. At the moment, the team is also experimenting with the concept of the non-territorial office.
